PURPOSE OF JOB:
The purpose of job is to profitably grow
Contractor Equipment products within West Japan (the "assigned region”) through effective implementation of Sales / Marketing programs, identifying and satisfying customers / users requirements, and effective management of the contractor sales team.
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/DUTIES:
Sales growth / market penetration / share growth
-meet sales revenue goals in the assigned industry market area
-Explore and as appropriate, implement strategies and tactics to increase penetration of key markets and grow its share
-As appropriate, directly contract key major accounts
-Identify root cause and follow-up to make certain that customer complaints have been resolved and customer requirements met. Manage the application of resources for corrective action
応募資格 ■大卒以上
Essential:
-3-5 years successful sales and marketing experience
-Excellent knowledge of construction products and markets
-Decision-making, planning and analytical skills
-Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with individuals at all organized levels of both internal and external.
-Fluent in verbal and written English (TOEIC 800 around).
-Effective oral, written and presentation skills
-Willing to travel
-Driver’s License
-Ability to work successfully without close supervision

雇用形態 正社員
給与・待遇
480万~520万程度(年俸制)+インセンティブ・ボーナス(個人・会社の業績により年一回支給)
休日・休暇
■Saterday, Sunday, National holiday
3 summer holidays (Bon holiday), Newyear holiday (Dec. 30- Jan 3)
Annual leave vacation days ; start from 10 days (prorated by month of join) and be increased up to 20 days depends on service year
